Appointment Guidelines:

To streamline your clinic experience, we encourage first-time clients to fill out our intake form online before arriving for their appointment. If not done beforehand, please arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete the form. You be sent an email with specific instructions before your appointment, as some treatments require certain preparations. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us. For facial treatments, please ensure your face is freshly washed.

Cancellations / Late Arrivals:

If you need to reschedule, kindly inform us as early as possible. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $50 fee, and some treatments require a deposit. Additionally, arriving late can disrupt our treatment schedules, and if you are over 15 minutes late, we may be unable to accommodate you. Late arrivals could face a $50 cancellation fee.

Change of Mind / Returns:

We understand changes can occur. We offer refunds for pre-paid treatments within 48 hours of payment. Refunds can be processed at the clinic. Unopened, unused products may be returned within 7 days of purchase, but opened or used items cannot be returned.

Children:

As much as we love them, we are unable to accommodate or care for kids your visit due to safety concerns. Please arrange for childcare so you can peacefully enjoy your appointment.

 

Return / Exchange Policy


Product Returns & Refunds:

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want you to be delighted with your product purchase. Unopened products can be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund or store credit, excluding original shipping fees. After 7 days or if the product has been opened, all sales are final. Please include proof of payment (receipt or invoice) with your return package.

Exchange Policy:

For unopened products, exchanges are possible within 7 days of purchase. All exchanges must be done in-spa and require an original invoice or receipt.

Allergic/Adverse Reaction to Products:

Your health and safety are important to us. Prioritize patch testing new products in your skincare routine. In case of an allergic or adverse reaction, share photos with our customer care team at imo@vitaluxmedclinic.com. We will promptly assess and arrange an exchange or refund.

Damaged Products:

While we take great care in packaging, damage can occur during transit. If you receive a damaged product, share photos with our customer care team at imo@vitaluxmedclinic.com. We will assess and arrange an exchange or refund.

Products Exempt from Returns & Refunds:

To ensure your safety, certain products cannot be returned or refunded. These include sexual wellness products, ingestible items, hair products, sheet masks, and one-time use products. All discounted and damaged items are final sale, not eligible for exchange or return.
